XF 1.2 Broken Editor??

So the editor buttons for bb codes are not showing up for one and that one is in the wrong spot as shown in the picture any solutions on whats wrong and how to fix it?

Is this an issue on the default XenForo style?

It looks like the icons are missing from your custom style.

If so:

There are some new and updated images so if you have a custom style directory you will need to copy those to the relevant folders.
They are:

• styles\my-style\xenforo\xenforo-ui-sprite.png
• styles\my-style\xenforo\magnifier.png
• styles\my-style\xenforo\editor\icons.png
• styles\my-style\xenforo\widgets\style-preview.png
• styles\my-style\xenforo\permissions\edit.png

You should check these threads if you have upgraded.

The first two links that Martok will explain your issues. You have the wrong editor/icons.png file.

Fresh install?
Custom style?
If the former then it should not be as the files would be the correct ones.
Latter then your style has not been updated (either fully by you if it's your developed style with custom location for it or by the author) for 1.2.x -> compatibility as the icons.png has changed as @Martok indicated in the post for you to review.
