Browser issue Double (and also broken) icons?

I noticed that xenforo.com (and also local dev site running XF2.3) looks a bit wonky on my machine with chrome..

Tried hard refreshing... No warnings in console, other than cloudmetrix being blocked by adblocker.

Fedora 41 Workstation
Chrome Version 135.0.7019.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)

Works fine on Firefox 🤷‍♂️

This will probably be due to a browser extension injecting FontAwesome onto every page. I don’t think there’s much we can do about it without breaking backwards-compatibility.
 
Sorry to bump an old post, but I had this same problem in Chrome till I disabled this extension:

Thank you for posting this with the name of the extension so I can help my members. We also get this issue. I hate to ask users with dyslexia/accessibility resources to disable those extensions, it would be amazing if a future Xenforo update could somehow fix this.
