XF 2.1 Board URL does not match

I have this error:
The following issues should be resolved. Once they have been resolved, check for upgrades again to confirm.

• The Board URL option does not match the site URL configured for your license

Probably because our developer used the same download to upgrade both forums. I only told him to upgrade one. Anyways I have current license extensions for both, but I just want to remedy this situation. What is the simple way?

You will need to upload the files for each specific license/installation, overwriting what is already on the server.

For future reference, if you have more than one license, you must always use the files from the associated license for each installation.

Okay, and if I leave it the way it is until Monday, that's not a big deal, right? Everything should work as it should?

I have a license installed for www and got a test version of 2.1 installed on beta (htaccess protected). Although it is allowed by the license it still gives the same alert (which is to be expected). Is there a way to suppress the alert on your test site?

You can just ignore it. It won't do any harm whatsoever.

Can I disable it (or maybe add the beta url to my customer license)?

You can infer from my answer that there is indeed no way to disable it (because if there was, I'd have told you that )
