Blocking links to certain sites

Can I block a link or linked graphic/video in a post to specific sites?

i.e. - I have had a couple complaints that a user has embedded a graphic from the site reactiongifs.com. The linked animated graphic has been causing problems for many users. In fact in you Google the site, it says, "This site may be compromised."

Bottom line: I'd like to be able to block links to certain sites, but still allow users to include links in general. Is this possible?

It's possible with an addon. But there is no such option built-in to the software, unless perhaps you were to use the word censor:

Admin CP -> Home -> Options -> Censoring

I agree with Jake here.

An add on could be written, but back in the bad old days of vBulletin we used to block sites exactly how Jake has suggested, using the word censor. That's exactly how we'd do it now on XenForo. Simple but effective.
