Fixed Blank pages when rebuilding master data/importing an add-on

This is a well known issue where you may receive blank pages when rebuilding master data/upgrading or importing an add-on. Technically, there are more situations where this appeared than most people experienced: it could create race conditions where phrases, email templates, admin and public templates would not be displayed correctly.

This has been resolved in 1.1.4. (You shouldn't have seen a blank page here for a few days, despite lots of updating. )
