XF 1.5 Big Black Cross

Recently when I am in my admin area, and there is an empty space available, I keep getting a big black cross displaying.

It usually happens when I process a request, or load a page in the admin area.

I haven't noticed anything not working, and I'm not really too worried about it, however, is there anything I can do to stop it, and what is it trying to tell me?

I have posted a screenshot below. I couldn't get a full screenshot because I am on mobile. Also, please ignore the request for my thumbprint, I have to get the screenshot quick before it goes off.

It's going to be related to a customisation or something you have added.

There is nothing in XF which will do that.
