XF 2.0 Beta 4 Template Merge?

Hello everyone,
I was wondering what would have been best to do here (see screenshot) If I wanted to keep the modification I made to the template, should I have selected custom version? The only thing there is, the video size did change from 500 to 560 on YouTube. What I did was revert it, and then went and made the modifications again, choosing 560. Just really want to know, if I wanted to keep what I had, should I have use the custom version?
