Best place to go for custom styles?

I am in need of getting a custom style made up, at a reasonable price. Who is the best person to go to?

I went with Russ at Pixelexit for my last style, and he did a wonderful job at a great price. But he seems quite busy at this time with his life, which is fine, but I need to get this style made up.

I am wanting clean, professional, modern, and sleek. And someone that won't break my bank as well.

Yep, I've talked to him already. He does seem to have some awesome work, but he seems a bit out of my price range for what I am wanting. :/

Oh I thought it was further away than that! I shall just wait for you to get off vacation, as I know you do a great job. I suppose I can be a little more patient.
