Actually it is a great idea but I never thought of a dual language forum idea and I did not implement it.

I took your advice into consideration. I reduced the forums. and I think I was able to do it as a double language. Content will now enter in English.
In the old version of the forum, the members were asking where to write this topic. Now it has become more useful and easy. people will not be drowned in forums.
