@xfrocks first of all congrats for the amazing addon.

I have configured everything, disabled auto-sharing as default and enabled it for a few forums. I tested their nodes and seems ok..

Anyway, when I create a thread, the addon dont share anything on the tiwtter profile/facebook page. Am I missing something?

The main options page of the addon shows the notes I have overrided ..

Found it: Read-only application cannot POST

I have checked and it was read-only.. I have set to Read, write, and direct messages .

After that, I have generated new api access keys and set up on xenforo but Im still the same error after that all..

You are using Twitter? If the permission was set to read only before, you will need to disconnect and connect again to refresh the tokens.

Disconnect from where ??

1 - I changed the permission
2 - Regenerated Tokens
3 - Configured Xenforo


Now Im getting a: Invalid or expired token message.. But its the same as the API token that dev.twitter shows me

After regenerating tokens (and enter it in options page), you need to click the link to add new Twitter account for auto-share and re-do all the steps to replace the saved user token (not the API token).

Another suggestion for a future release: A way to share the twitter links as shortten ones.. They look weird when shared full like the addon does

Err, user can use the social buttons at the bottom of the page to do that. It's a XenForo default feature.

For quotes, you means the punctuation " right?

Yes they can use the xenforo option but it doesnt post to my website page. It wants to use my personal timeline.

And yes the punctuation on quotes.

Quotation marks on threads are shared on twtiter and facebook as the word """ .. Sample:
