XF 1.1 Batch thread transfer

I have 2 xf website, if I want to move one whole section (with around 100 threads) from one website to another, what is the easiest way to do?

There is no way to do that without a custom script.

Clone the site
Remove what you don't want.
Prune zero post accounts, etc

He still can't import that stripped down clone into XenForo, without going through an interim step such as converting to IPB, phpBB or vB.

There isn't one

If I were doing it, I would try and copy the database table/fields that had the data over. I have no idea if this would work however.
