Mistakes happen.

If I delete a node by accident? How do I recover the node?

I'm non-technical. If you can point me in the right direction, eg. do I ask a server admin, XF admin, or XF addon developer?

Xenforo does not have a rollback feature. Most software that I know don't. It's typically the responsibility of the server owner to back up and be able to preform that kind of technical work.

We back up our site every few minutes because I'm a paranoid person.

If you deleted the node recently and don't have any site backups, it's gone.

100% with you! How do you do that? I don't need a technical description. Enough of a clue to send to our admin would be GREAT

Your admin needs to look up how to dump and secure the MySQL database and learn to copy the file system routinely and send it off server, automatically.

If I make a mistake or hit I bug, I will switch to maintenance mode because downtime isn't an issue.

The admin can do the rest.
