Background Image question

We are trying to install a flash image as the background for the forums. I was wondering if there is some kind of code that we need to add to make this happen. I am not a expert when it come to this kind of things so any help will be appreciated.

Is there any particular reason you want to use Flash?
You should avoid using it as it does not display on iOS devices.

You would be better off using a .gif if you really need an animated image.

Well I never thought of that. Well what we really want to do is have diff forum navigation and it is actually embedded in the BG image. The navigation is flash and I was trying to see if we could do it. I am in the process of putting all of the files in the hosting and I will post a link of the image we are trying to use at the background. Is it possible though or do we need to re think this process? Thanks again.

Well you can set a background image in Style Properties -> General -> HTML

Then you just need to set the header area to transparent in Style Properties -> Header and Navigation -> Header
