XF 1.4 Avatar uploading bug?

Hello,

So recently I noticed upon switching avatars that I've ran across a potential bug. Basically, when I upload an avatar from my profile management it instantly changes from the image title to "No file chosen." When I select the image again to upload, nothing happens when I click "Okay" to save changes. However, when I reload my forum, it shows the avatar has been changed. Not to mention, I cannot adjust the positioning of my avatar either. I went ahead and recorded it on a screen capture program, so below is the small recording of what's going on. Also, I tried to see if it was just a theme issue and it does it for the default theme as well.

Did you also test it with all add-ons disabled?

Is the default style completely default with no additional JS or anything else added?

Are you able to change your avatar here using the same browser?

I just tested it here and the same thing happens. I am using the latest version of Google Chrome. I tried it on Firefox here and it worked fine.

It's an issue with your browser.

Hard refresh it (CTRL+F5) and disable all plugins, etc.
