XF 2.3 Thumbnails and empty images after uploading in MG

I try to upload an image, even a small one, it seems to load correctly, in fact I do not get upload errors and the hash key is also generated, but the thumbnail and the image itself are empty.

I tried to change the image processing library but it did not solve the problem.

Yes, 2.3. But I fear that it has nothing to do with the latest version. I had also tried it with 2.2 and it was the same thing. I updated to 2.3 thinking it would solve it since it is a new product but it did not solve it. Probably some extension to activate in php, but I really do not know how to solve it.

The user group permissions for the media gallery are set to values of 0 and 1px for the image height.
