Fixed Avatar Transparency

Doesn't it go off of this:

All avatar backgrounds are defined.... How are you going to show transparent? Is your background-color set as dark?

It turns out that I chose ImageMagick PECL in ACP->Options->Default image processor instead of GD.
Anyone knows if it's PECL issue that turn transparent PNG into one with black background?
