When someone posts a new reply that you are looking at, XenForo automatically loads a message that a new reply was posted. The user needs to click to make it visible. Please add a function to automatically load the reply. This is much more intuitive and is what people are used to on social media.
As this may be server intensive it needs to be a function that the admin can turn on or off.
I think this feature would work nicely together with the following suggestion:

BTW: I thought this suggestion already existed, but Google and the XF search engine do not expose it. If this suggestion already exists then please link me to it.

Show "X is typing a reply"
Currently XenForo tells us whether others have posted a response while we're composing our reply. Wouldn't it be nice if there was a little window above the quick reply box that tells us who all / is typing a response currently? Many messengers do this and I think it's quite awesome.
