XF 2.0 Automatically Adjust Case of Discussion Titles

hi xenforo 1.5 we were able to make topic titles automatically big and small. Where is this setting in XenForo 2

I'm not aware of the option you're referring to in XF1, so I have to guess it's from an add-on. Can you be more specific?

I'm looking for the following option

Admincp-> Options-> Threads, Discussions and Conversations-> Automatically Adjust Case of Discussion Titles

That option is not available in XF2. (It did not work as people expected in XF1.)
