"Automatically Adjust Case of Discussion Titles" allow uppercase for abbreviations

The feature "Automatically Adjust Case of Discussion Titles" is useful for preventing titles in all caps or deliberate shouting. However sometimes you want to use caps in certain abbreviations like TV, PC, UK, FDA, etc.

Maybe an option to exclude these from the auto case adjust?

What I do is allow all uppercase if the title is shorter than 30 characters. Ideally these types of features would be built into the core and I will Like the first post, but until then you might like to use the following add-on:
