Fixed Automatic Youtube Embed

I'm having an issue on my website where youtube links are double embedding, with some other anomalies.

This only happens when you paste a link directly in to posts. If you manually embed the video using the editor bar, all is well.

Reporting as a bug in case this is something that effects multiple people.

I'm guessing it must be something to do with the differences in server config?

We can reproduce the same issue here if we enable the "Auto-embed media, and add a link to the content within this BB code" option. We'd recommend switching that off for the time being. That's in Options > Media embedding. Switch it to "Auto-embed media links" instead.

Make adjustments to the AutoLink system so as to avoid attempting to double convert certain URLs in certain cases.
