I found out that Bing allow automating URL submission to Bing by using Bing Submission API and explained on this 2 webpages:

They provided both XML and JSON request sample (screenshot below). Can we use this method with Xenforo? if yes, should I use XML or JSON and where should I copy and paste the command below? Thanks
