Auto play videos?

Rather than clicking a video in the media gallery and then clicking play, is there a way to configure the add-on so that vids automatically play when the thumbnail is clicked?

There's no configuration for this as technically it would likely require different code for each and every different media site, and sometimes not even be supported on others.

There probably isn't any immediate plans for this, but it hasn't been suggested before (here) so it may be worth posting as a suggestion for future consideration.
