Lack of interest Auto labeling 'Hot' threads

It's useful when threads that got x replies withing Y time automatically get labeled as 'Hot' in thread lists (forum views ?) and what's new list. It helps members to spot lively discussions, it helps moderators to spot flaming & flooding.

Personally I always thought the Hot indicator was pretty useless as well as a dated term.
