I was looking for something like this...

Question: Does this plugin leave a redirect in the original forum to the new archive forum?
 
Question - this allows archive under certain conditions.
So - can i archive threads from forum x to forum y, and from Forum z to forum a?
In other words can i specify where the threads move to per node?

Not currently. The addon lets you choose which forums the global archive rules apply to, but archived threads are moved to one shared "Target archive forum." So you can archive threads from Forum X and Forum Z, but they would both go to the same selected archive forum, not separate destinations per source forum. Per-node destination mapping would need a custom enhancement.
 
Ahh ok. Thanks Veer for getting back to me. Unfortunately just putting everything into one destination is a non-starter for me :(

Fair enough, and thanks for the feedback. We're always open to improving things, so the next update (v2.0.3) will add support for per-forum archive destinations. This means you'll be able to route threads from different source forums into different archive forums instead of sending everything to one destination.
