At this time, I think we're going to have to call this a browser issue. We don't process the videos as mentioned and we generally just use the browser-native video player. We would defer to that exposing audio track options (though if the audio isn't on the main track, then people aren't going to realize that they need to change it, so it probably wouldn't change much with regards to this issue).
