XF 1.5 Attachments just show as text links

I have just noticed that some attachments are just showing as text links. These are (I think) on posts imported from bulletin 4 and the become shows like this:

[ATTACH=CONFIG]738[/ATTACH]

Removing CONFIG or replacing with FULL makes no difference.

Can anyone please help?

Attachment BB Codes which do not belong to the post which they were originally uploaded on will always show as a link. This add-on overrides this default behavior:

Really nice, but I think that will cover all thumbnails to full.
Just need some time to get my head round whether I want that or not.
