XF 2.1 Attachments (images) not displayed

Not sure what happened here. All my attachments are like this right now for image based attachments.

I rebuilt master data and rebuilt the thumbnail cache.

Haven't rebuilt the other stuff. What could be the problem and what do you suggest me to do?

In the attachments browser I can see the attachments working. I didn't change anything recently other than downgrading the Froala Editor.

As suggested here, I downloaded XF 2.1.2, fished out the editor-compiled.js file and uploaded it to the server while overwriting the existing one.

As always it was an addon problem.

I guess with the latest 2.1.3 which has a buggy Froala version, I also triggered a bug while downgrading. Which interfers with the Editor BB Manager addon.

Also maybe it has to do with the latest changes in the templates, specially editor.less maybe?:
