Not a bug attachment view totals not updating

So this is real simple... When you download an attachment it normally should say it has been viewed X amount of times. I've noticed on several XenForo site's (not just my own), that it would appear that the total is not updating.

edit: by the time you read this... I have downloaded the attached file.

Like thread views, they're updated hourly.

Time is not a factor in this bug, because it can be days and it may not update.

(I had taken that into account when reporting this)

I have downloaded the attachment (doesn't appear that you have) and run the cron script manually and you can see the count has changed.
