XF 2.0 attachment problems upload

i notice some problems and when check permission show me this does all those files need to overwrite to 0777

and when uplaod attachments shows this

it is mod security problem?

Try changing it to 777 cause thats what my attachments are currently set at and can attach files with no issues. If you still can't, it could be mod security or files are bigger then default size.

its solved by hosting administartor adding some code inside .htaccess
