Lack of interest "Attachment" Field Type

Having a Custom Field Type for "Attachments" can be very useful (OR at least adding the attachment to the "Rich Text Editor" type, OR adding a type called "Rich Text Editor With Attachment". with an additional option to control how many attachments are allowed)

This especially can be useful when add-ons (either official ones or 3rd party) are implementing the Custom Fields.
