yes. but i still use it for personal and a few for my friend. and not using it for commercial.
but the website already public.

and i'am planing to use the original licence

Regardless of if it is commercial or personal, using an un-licensed version of XenForo and distributing it to your friends is illegal.

I suggest you remove all copies you have immediately.
