XF 1.2 Are Secondary Usergroups Promotion Eligible?

If a promotion scheme is in place for a particular usergroup, is someone with a secondary membership in that group eligible for the promotion (i.e. will they get an additional secondary usergroup)?

Yes.

This is how usergroups should be set up anyway - Registered should always be the primary user group and all other user groups should be secondary.
