Cannot reproduce Apparent bug in Alerts on this site

I assume it's 2.x, whatever version this site is running

I just checked alerts on this site. See attached image for a thread I was following: the times are messed up.

For what it's worth, I've had this happen to me persistently on Firefox, but it went away a few months ago and I haven't thought much of it since. I figured it might be related to how certain configurations of Firefox attempt to do fingerprint resistance, and maybe the browser was (erroneously?) spoofing the timezone. In any event, it's not an issue for me on the latest versions of Firefox and I've never run into it on any other browser.

It confused me too.

It only happened that one time, yes. No recurrences since.

I don't know why it would make a difference but I do use Firefox (latest version, 64 bit) as my default browser.
