XF 1.5 Apostrophe breaking link?

Okay, I may have uncovered a XenForo bug, not sure.

Try posting this link to Facebook: https://thefriendlygearpage.com/threads/chad’s-optimal-helix-settings.5412/

The apostrophe in the link causes it to break everything after it.

However, if I am logged into the site (logged into the XenForo forum I mean) and I post it on Facebook, the apostrophe doesn't break it at all, and the entire link works.

Is this a XenForo bug / glitch, or is it something on my end?

The link works here, it directs me fine. Might be something with how FB embeds it but that’s only a guess.

But the weird thing is, the link doesn't break if you're logged into the forum. If you're logged out, then it causes the link to break after the apostrophe.

Really, that's odd! When I log into the forum and post the link to Facebook, it works great. When I log out of the forum and post the link to Facebook, it cuts everything off after the apostrophe.

I posted that to Facebook without any issues. It's worth noting that the link is actually:
Code:
https://thefriendlygearpage.com/threads/chad%E2%80%99s-optimal-helix-settings.5412/
There isn't any reason for that to not post properly. It's a totally valid link and the special character in it is URL encoded (to make it a valid URL).

Thanks Mike! I'll chalk this up to nothing more than a fluke in that case.
