APC Compile Bug For 3.1.9

I am having to use APC 3.1.6 due to this bug: https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=59756

Anyone know a work around for this?

Server OS is Centos 6 64bit
PHP 5.3.8

Using the Trunk fixed this for me.
