Thanks for the tip, I imagine this is an easy enough fix so it'll be included in the next update

I am still getting this error. Has it been patched yet?

I did include a fix that checks if a user actually exists before trying to proceed, but I'm guessing the "Anonymous" posters don't behave like bots/deleted members (e.g. they either do have a user_id # or they do exist in the User table, and don't just show as "Anonymous").

Unfortunately I don't own the addon so I can't really investigate what way it's setup, so I'm not sure if there's anything I can do beyond the check I included.

It doesn't work, please could you update it?
there should be no conflicts with XF 2.3.X which require an update, it's running just fine on my forum (XF2.3.4): https://fortreeforums.xyz/threads/what-was-the-last-thing-you-bought.164/post-29415

specifically what isn't working for you? If the meters themselves aren't appearing, I'd suggest

1) ensuring all permissions are correctly set
2) trying on the default theme to make sure its not a conflict with your style

EDIT: I just noticed that the longevity meters on my forum are actually reporting incorrect values, but I've not investigated if that's an addon issue or an issue with my site
