Anyway to put a background image on the forum skin?

Hi, is it possible to put an option where you can put a background image behind the forums template? Similar to a skin/add-on but except it can have a background image.

You'll need to adjust the width of your forum.

Is it possible to put 2 images at once? Like one side is the one image and the other side is the other? Or can only one be done?
