Anyone using Cloudflare? (TLS1.3)

Just out of the blue today people were getting random "Page could not be loaded". It wasn't any blocker it just started happening all over the place. Eventually I turned off the force TLS 1.3 and everything went back to normal.

Anyone else get that?
