Anyone else having trouble getting off hotmails blacklist?

Hello well i did the form to get off hotmails blacklist and they said it should be done and will take up to 48 hours but it still doesn't send confirmation emails to hotmail accounts. I have no idea why they blacklisted my ip or whatever, I just started my forums about 2-3 weeks ago and have done nothing wrong at all. This sucks because lots of people still use hotmail accounts

Did you take all the mitigation steps they say to do (RDNS, OpenDKIM, SPF record)? Are you on a shared hosting environment that has multiple sites using 1 IP? If so, all it takes is one of those sites to be SPAMtastic and it will effect every other site on that shared hosting IP.
