Any ways of stylizing Media Gallery?

I took XenForo Media Gallery for a demo test earlier today and it satisfies most of my embedding needs. However, I've noticed there are little to none style customizations for this addon (not counting the template modifications that can be made manually). Things like thumbnail size, how many "media" per row and things like that - am I missing something?

Thumbnail size can be changed in the options. We try to fit as many media items per row as is reasonable so increasing or decreasing the thumbnail size should adjust that automatically.
