XF 1.2 Any way to restrict style selection based on user group?

I want to prevent guests and banned members from being able to change the style. Is there a way to do that?

Disable all styles from public view. However, you probably don't want everyone to be affected. Not 100% sure, but you'll most likely need an add-on.
