XF 2.2 Any way to remove the value of a custom user field if the user get into a different user group? (automatically)

Is there any way to make it automatic that the content of a custom user field gets deleted IF a user get into a new usergroup?

Basically I added an extra user field for a Status (custom user field) so that they can fill it in.

And for the 2nd one I made it so that it requeeres the first one's specific value. I did it with an add-on.

The only issue is that if they enter a new status the value of the first one remains.
