XF 2.2 Any way to let the thread creator to make the thread viewable by users with certain custom user field value only?

For example if I want let the user to be able to optionally restrict the thread (yes, a thread, not a forum) to be viewable by a man instead of a woman only. Is is possible?

There is nothing built in which will do that.
