There have been many bug fixes in the past month and a half since last update, is there one coming soon with all the fixes so far?

At some point, yes. There is not currently an ETA.

The last (unofficial?) announcement I saw said that XF 2.1.14 was expected to be released in August 2019 so I would expect it soon.

Not entirely confident it hasn't slipped to September at this point. There's a number of things that need finishing before we can release.
