XF 2.3 Any idea where this reaction system(?) comes from?

I had to quickly move my mouse icon from the react to the screenshot button so that's why it's faded lol. Anyway, I've never seen a react system like that where it hides the 28 more available reactions as +28. Additionally, displaying the reaction numbers on the left as it does.

Is that a custom built deal? Any idea?
