Am I allowed to sell secondhand licence here?

I have a 2 month old license which has 10 more months to go. I just can't mantain my site anymore and I just need to recover some money since It is beacuse money problems I'm quitting.

Is there a special section for this?

I don't think so. I believe there's special requirements the license has to meet before it can be handed over to another individual/sold.

The Software may be permanently transferred by the original purchaser to a third party ("Subsequent Licensee") not before 120 days following purchase, provided that the expiry date of the License falls after the date of the transfer. You need to wait 120 days after the purchase date before you can sell your license.

Nope there is not. Once your license is 120 days old, you can sell it using www.extralicense.com The site is run by @Dan
