Hello, I cannot add a signature even though the user group has signature authority.
all authority settings have been checked and it's OK.

Have you tried analyze permissions? AdminCP->Groups and permissions->Analyze permissions, then select Global permissions and input your user name.

The above will let you know if you have the edit signature permission, and if not let you know which group is preventing it, if you do not.

I had zero installation, I had this problem when a plugin was not available. Since it is a zero installation, I will not hurt if I start from the beginning, but the links are indexed.

You need to show more of your signature permission settings. If you set the max characters or max lines to 0, that will effectively disable signature editing as well.

You are causing problems because the line insertion limit is 0. It improved when the line add limit was 1.
