Alternative Navicat

Sometimes it is really nice to have more tools than phpMyAdmin and Php.
Navicat is such a tool, but it is too expensive for me.
I tried some others like dbeaver, but i miss a php-tunnel.

Is there any other tool like Navicat with a php-tunnel, please?

For any macOS users who stumble across this in the future, I recommend Sequel Pro or TablePlus.
