Cannot reproduce Alt attribute on attachment lost when switchting editor mode

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a post and upload an attachment
2. Change the alt attribute to My Alt Text
3. Switch editor mode to source
4. Switch back to WYSIWYG
5. Open the edit dallog for the alt attribute

Expected Result
The dialog shows the user entered value, eg. My Alt Text

Actual Result
The Attachment ID is being shown as alt

According to https://xenforo.com/community/threa...lue-when-hover-on-picture.156722/post-1301691 this should be fixed, but as suggested I am opening a new bug reported instead of re-opening the existing one.

Kinda strange, I can't reproduce it either any longer though it did definitly happen and I tested it here before opening the report.
