Implemented Allow <xen:sidebar /> without the visitor panel

In some situations it would be nice to be able to utilise the <xen: sidebar /> functionality but without the visitor panel being inserted at the top automatically.

I guess I could have a little <xen:if is="!{$noVisitorPanel}"> check there, that you could control with <xen:container var="$noVisitorPanel">1</xen:container>.

I'll do that now.

This feature has proven to be extremely useful.

However....the only problem is the upper breadcrumb doesn't stretch full width; unlike the lower breadcrumb which does.

Is there a way of moving the upper breadcrumb outside the mainContainer div, as the lower one is?
